After each use, we recommend removing any standing water with a squeegee- as there are no seams or grout lines, this is both practical and advisable. Avoid harsh chemicals, acidic cleaners, or abrasive tools that can damage the finish. Avoid Tadelakt surface from etching and chipping which can impact the water repellant property of the finish. Repairs are possible depending on the level of damage.

For maintenance, we recommend re-waxing every 2-3 years, depending on the use/wear of the shower. Wax has an eggshell-to-satin like finish and you will notice the plaster appearing more matte meaning you will need to reapply wax sealant or the wax paste.
