Shipping policy

 

All of our Paints and Plasters are tinted to order and therefore final sale. All other items; primer, sealer, tools, should be returned in their original condition. No returns will be accepted after 14 days. Returns will have the shipping charge deducted from the return credit.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates are based on the total weight of items currently in your cart. 

Our website currently ships within the continental United States. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada can be placed via email. Please email us at hello@coloratelierpaint.com with your order quantities and delivery address.

How is my order going to be delivered?

Standard domestic shipping times range from 1-to-5 business days, plus 1-to-4 days for handling. We typically ship orders via UPS Ground. Some small items like tools, and samples may be shipped via USPS Priority. Some special order, oversize, and overweight items do not qualify for standard shipping.

Do you offer expediting shipping?

Yes, we offer expedited shipping options. We understand deadlines, and know that you need to get your project completed so if you need expedited shipping we encourage you to call or email us with your order number. We don't currently offer Next Day or 2nd Day Shipping on our website but we'll be happy to give you an instant quote if you reach out to us.

How long will my order take to arrive? Are there lead times for some products?

It varies. Most orders will be dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. This would include time for the order to be processed, tinted if necessary, packed and shipped. Once your order dispatches our facility, you will be able to track your package with a tracking number.

What if my order received is damaged, lost or stolen?

We encourage all our customers to protect their shipment with ShipInsure for lost, stolen and damaged (including frozen paint) orders. ShipInsure provides replacement for approved claims with a fast resolution. We make every effort to ensure all orders are carefully packaged. We, however, cannot ensure the handling once it leaves our facilities. There is, at times, damages that may occur. Color Atelier is not responsible for damage to items incurred during or after shipping. If there is no one home when the goods are delivered, your order may be left on your doorstep. No liability will be accepted by Color Atelier if the goods are removed or stolen.
