Our clientele at Color Atelier ranges from architects, designers, and contractors, to design-savvy shoppers, homeowners, and DIYers.

We are currently looking for an Operations Associate professional to join our team with previous related work experience in operations, order fulfillment, production, warehouse, and/ or customer service. This position is for someone who is wanting to grow with our brand and add their energy and creativity to the team.

This full-time position is based out of Color Atelier's San Francisco Showroom, in the hearth of Mission District. The environment is fun, and creative with lots of shops, and restaurants around, and also within short walking distance of public transportation.

We provide a competitive compensation package that includes a generous base salary, paid time off, 401K, plus a performance-based bonus, if applicable.

Position: Full-time

Start date: ASAP

Rate of Pay: Depending on experience, $47 - 52k per year

Hours of work and days: Monday to Friday, between 8 a.m. to 5 p.m

Work Location: In person

 JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Pulling the appropriate products and getting them ready for shipment.
• Processing orders by tinting products, paints and plasters.
• Organize inventory and stock items.
• Standard retail procedures and payment processing.
  
• Willing to jump in when and where needed. Additional duties as assigned.
• Clean and maintain all areas of store, and equipment as needed.
  
• Product handling (over 60 lbs).

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous related work experience in operations, order fulfillment, production, warehouse, customer service, and / or building, construction material experience.
• Strong communication skills, both in verbal and written.
• Proficiency in using computers.
  
• Willingness to take the extra steps needed to exceed our clients' expectations.
• Displaying a willingness to work with all team members.
• Manage time wisely, work independently, and be a self-motivating proactive worker.
• Four years of High School with a diploma or Bachelor's degree.
