We are seeking a Showroom Manager to become an integral part of our tight knit team!

We are looking for someone who will be able to take ownership of showroom sales and day to day operations with a successful sales background and experience in design industry. We would need this person to be able to represent our brand to the high standards that we maintain in our products, our customer service and our client relations. This position is for someone who is wanting to grow with our young brand and add their energy and creativity to the team.

We provide a competitive compensation package that includes a generous base salary plus performance based quarterly bonuses. This full-time hands-on position will be based out of our beautiful San Francisco, CA showroom location.

Job Description:

  • Provide the absolute best customer service experience at our showroom, and online

  • Manage and build new and existing client relationships

  • Create and implement sales strategy

  • Answer sales and customer service phone calls, and follow up emails

  • Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and be capable of giving expert color, finish and design advice

  • Willing to jump in when and where needed with no task too small

  • Produce quotes, sales orders, invoices, and delivery documentation for orders

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of three to five years of sales and customer service experience in the industry

  • Knowledge of Interior Design Trade Sales 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Willingness to take the extra steps needed to exceed out clients expectations

  • Displaying willingness to work with all team members and assist all customers in the showroom

  • Developing extensive knowledge across our products

  • Manage time wisely, work independently, and be a self-motivating proactive worker
