How is Tadelakt applied?

It requires the addition of only clean water for mixing. Restore and repair walls to smooth surfaces. Apply a base coat of shower plaster with a stainless steel trowel. Let it dry for 24 hours then apply first coat of shower plaster using short random strokes. Do not let your edges dry; apply wet material to wet material. Let this layer dry about 70%. Before the previous coat completely dries, apply a second coat, increase your troweling pressure for this coat. Before the material dries completely trowel down the material with a clean burnishing trowel. This step will close up grain and smooth the surface. Apply sealer or wax at the end.

What kind of coverage would I get from your Tadelakt?

One bag of 30 lb will cover approximately 180 square feet in once coat, depending on the application 2 to 3 coats are necessary.
