Shipping and Delivery Information
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are based on the total weight of items currently in your cart. For most sample items a fixed shipping cost will be applied.
We ship to 48 contiguous United States.
Some special order, oversize, and overweight items do not qualify for standard shipping.
Returns will have the shipping charge deducted from the return credit.
Offer only applies to purchases completed through our website.
How is my order going to be delivered?
Standard domestic shipping times range from 1 - 5 business days, plus 1 to 2 days for handling. We typically ship orders via UPS Ground. Some small items like tools, and samples may be shipped via USPS Priority.
Do you offer expediting shipping?
Yes, we offer expedited shipping options. We understand deadlines, and know that you need to get your project completed so if you need expedited shipping we encourage you to call us. We don't currently offer Next Day or 2nd Day Shipping on our website but we'll be happy to give you an instant quote if you reach out to us.
How long will my order take to arrive? Are there lead times for some products?
It varies. Most orders will be dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. This would include time for the order to be processed, tinted if necessary, packed and shipped. Once your order dispatches our facility, you will be able to track your package with a tracking number.
What if no one is home to receive my order?
If there is no one home when the goods are delivered, your order may be left on your doorstep. No liability will be accepted by Color Atelier or our carrier if the goods are removed or stolen.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address to receive my order?
Customer is responsible for entering the correct address at checkout and any additional costs that arise out of incorrect address entry. After placing your order, if you notice that an incorrect or insufficient shipping address was entered i.e. missing unit number, incorrect zip code etc., please contact us immediately, and we should be able to edit it for you. If the order is already shipped and in transit, it would be too late for us to make the changes and you would need to contact the carrier directly for requesting an address change.
What if my order received is damaged?
We make every effort to ensure all orders are carefully packaged. We, however, cannot ensure the handling once it leaves our warehouse. There is, at times, damages that may occur. We will not be responsible for damage to items incurred during shipping. If a product is damaged during shipping, a refund will be given when we receive reimbursement form the shipping company.
