What if I don't like the color I chose?
Always choose colors from the hand painted samples in our fan decks or order a sample jar to check the color prior to placing a large order for paint or plaster. Computer screens do not accurately represent colors and should be used as a guide only. We do not refund or exchange tinted products.
Are your products warrantied?
We are confident that our products will perform as promised, provided that they are properly installed. Given the variation in installation environment and installer capabilities, we do not offer a product warranty.
What is your returns & exchanges policy?
Returns of unopened and undamaged items are accepted within 14 days from date of purchase with a valid proof of purchase. All items should be returned in excellent, and re-salable condition. No returns will be accepted after 14 days.
Hand-painted color cards, fan decks, and samples are final sale.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on tinted plasters.
Orders shipped on a palette are final sale, and not returnable.

As a further condition of the right to return customers must also arrange (at their own expense) to return the goods in a saleable condition to the address referred to in above as soon as possible. If the vendor pays the return cost then this will be deducted from any refund. The goods will be deemed returned when actually received by the vendor at the said address.
Special color matches, any goods made to customers’ specifications or clearly personalized are non-returnable.
Please note, Returns & Exchanges may take up to two (2) weeks to process. The cost of returned goods will be refunded to the credit card payment was made from. Delivery and handling costs will not be refunded.
